Beauty Self Tanner Mousse is an aerated sunless tanning product that develops an even-looking body tan without ultraviolet exposure. Its fast spread and lightweight dry-down suit home self-tanning, salon services, travel kits, and seasonal bronzing ranges.
Formula Highlights
Sunless Tanning Agents. The tanning system develops color in the upper skin layer without sun exposure. Active levels can be controlled for light, medium, or deep shades, but the product should not be described in a way that implies ultraviolet protection.
Plant Oils. Plant oils give the mousse enough slip to spread evenly with an application mitt. Using a smaller amount around the knees, ankles, and elbows is easier because the added glide helps prevent these areas from becoming noticeably darker.
Humectant System. Moisture-binding ingredients keep the skin more comfortable as the color develops. On normal or slightly dry body skin, this can reduce the tight feeling that often contributes to an uneven-looking self-tan.
Customization Options
Shade depth, guide color, tanning-active level, fragrance, drying speed, and after-feel can all be specified. The mousse may be clear or tinted. Foamer bottle size, pump output, label, shrink sleeve, carton, and application instructions can be prepared for the destination market.
Quality Control
Documented cosmetic GMP and ISO 22716 procedures are used within an ISO 9001 quality management system. Every batch is checked for color consistency, pH, and formula uniformity against the approved specification. Foamer output, filling accuracy, and bottle seal integrity are inspected before release.
Packing and Supply
Primary and Export Packing.
The mousse is filled into foamer bottles and fitted with protective caps. Bottles are kept upright in cartons with inner dividers to protect the pumps and reduce leakage during international transport.
Production Schedule.
Allow 15 to 25 days for standard production. A new customized formula or package normally requires 25 to 35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Supply Arrangement.
Monthly production capacity across the factory is stated at up to 1.5 million bottles, tubes, jars, or packs, subject to line scheduling and package availability. Both EXW and FOB terms are available.

A: A stock sample is available for preliminary review. Once the formula, fragrance, color, and package details are confirmed, a custom sample is normally prepared within 3 to 7 days.
Q: What is the standard MOQ?
A: The standard MOQ is 3,000 bottles for one formula, shade, fragrance, and foamer package configuration.
Q: Does the mousse provide sun protection?
A: No. A sunless tan does not provide ultraviolet protection. An SPF claim can only be used when the finished product has been separately formulated, tested, and labeled for that purpose.
Q: How should the skin be prepared before application?
A: Apply the mousse to clean, completely dry skin. Exfoliate rough areas first, then use less product on the elbows, knees, ankles, and feet.
