Product Overview
Deep Sea Salt Scrub is a mineral-based body exfoliant for shower, bath, and spa treatments. It is intended for the arms, legs, back, feet, elbows, and knees when thicker dry skin or visible buildup needs stronger polishing than a fine cream scrub can provide.
Formula Highlights
Dead Sea Mineral Salt. Mineral salt performs the main physical exfoliation and slowly dissolves as water is added. On thicker skin around the feet, knees, and elbows, it removes loose buildup without leaving persistent insoluble grit.
Screened Grain Blend. Medium and fine grains are screened so oversized or irregular crystals are removed. A controlled grain range gives more predictable pressure during massage and is less sharply abrasive than unscreened coarse salt.
Emollient Oil Phase. Plant oils add slip as the salt is worked over damp skin. During a full-body shower or spa treatment, the oil phase reduces dry drag and leaves the skin less tight after rinsing.
Customization Options
The mineral source, grain size, medium-to-fine grain ratio, salt-to-oil balance, fragrance, color, and rinse finish can be adjusted. Buyers may choose a jar or pouch, as well as the fill weight, seal, label, and export carton.
Quality Control
Documented cosmetic GMP and ISO 22716 procedures are followed within an ISO 9001 quality management system. Batch checks cover salt-grain distribution, phase stability, and formula appearance against the approved specification. Filling weight, closure security, and leakage resistance are verified before release.
Packing and Supply
Primary and Export Packing.
Wide-mouth jars and sealed pouches are available. Heavy jars are kept upright in reinforced cartons with dividers to control movement during transport.
Production Schedule.
Standard production takes 15 to 25 days. A new customized formula or package usually takes 25 to 35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Supply Arrangement.
Monthly capacity across the factory is stated at up to 1.5 million bottles, tubes, jars, or packs, subject to production-line scheduling and package availability. EXW and FOB terms are available.

A: A stock scrub sample is available for initial review. Once formula, fragrance, color, and package requirements are confirmed, a custom sample is normally ready within 3 to 7 days.

A: The standard MOQ is 3,000 jars or pouches for one grain profile, fragrance, color, and package configuration.
Q: Can the scrub be used immediately after shaving?
A: No. Salt and fragrance may sting freshly shaved skin. Wait until the skin has recovered before exfoliating.
Q: Can a finer version be developed for sensitive-skin positioning?
A: Yes. A finer version can use a higher proportion of fine grains and more emollient slip. A patch test and conservative directions for use are still recommended.
