D Tan Cream for Body is a rich sunless tanning cream for body skin that needs more emollient support than a mousse or mist provides. It is suitable for self-tanning routines, salon body-color services, moisturizing bronzing ranges, and seasonal sun-kissed makeup collections.
Formula Highlights
Sunless Tanning Agents. The tanning system develops cosmetic color in the upper skin layer without ultraviolet exposure. The active level and blend can be set for light, medium, or deep shade development.
Shea Butter. Shea butter gives the cream a longer working time and reduces drag on dry body areas. The richer slip helps the product blend evenly around the shins, knees, and elbows before it settles.
Jojoba Oil and Humectants. Jojoba oil and moisture-binding ingredients keep the skin feeling softer while the color develops. On dry or flaky areas, this emollient base helps reduce patchiness caused by uneven absorption.
Customization Options
Shade depth, tanning-active level, shea butter and jojoba oil ratio, cream richness, fragrance, guide color, and dry-down profile can be adjusted. Buyers can choose a tube or jar and specify the fill weight, seal, label, carton, and market-specific directions.

Packing and Supply
Primary and Export Packing. Tubes and jars are available with tamper-evident sealing where required. Units are kept upright in partitioned cartons to protect the closures and reduce compression.
Production Schedule. Standard production normally takes 15 to 25 days. A new customized formula or package normally takes 25 to 35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Supply Arrangement. The factory states a monthly production capacity of up to 1.5 million bottles, tubes, jars, or packs, subject to line scheduling and package availability. EXW and FOB terms are available.

Q: Can a tanning cream sample be supplied?
A: A stock tanning cream sample can be supplied for initial review. A custom sample is normally ready within 3 to 7 days after the formula, fragrance, color, and package requirements are confirmed.
Q: What is the standard MOQ?
A: The standard MOQ is 3,000 tubes or jars for one formula, shade, fragrance, and package configuration.
Q: Can the cream be mixed with ordinary body lotion before use?
A: Mixing the cream with an ordinary body lotion changes the tanning-active concentration and may produce uneven color. Follow the finished directions unless the formula has been specifically designed as a mixable concentrate.
Q: Does the cream provide sun protection?
A: No. The cosmetic tan does not protect against ultraviolet exposure. An SPF claim requires a finished product that has been separately formulated, tested, and labeled for that purpose.
