Sea Kelp Conditioner is a rinse-off conditioner with seaweed extract for dry, frizz-prone, tangled, or chemically stressed hair. It can be supplied for daily hair-care sets, salon back-bar use, botanical conditioner ranges, and paired shampoo-and-conditioner collections.
Formula Highlights
Seaweed Extract. Seaweed extract gives the conditioner a moisture-focused botanical profile. Within the conditioning base, it helps dry hair lengths remain more flexible after rinsing, especially in dry indoor air or low-humidity weather.
Plant Oils and Emollients. Plant oils smooth rough areas along the hair surface and improve visible shine. On dry or frizz-prone lengths, the emollient phase reduces the coarse feel between strands without requiring heavy application at the roots.
Detangling Conditioning System. Conditioning agents lower friction between wet strands as a comb or fingers pass through knots. The added slip makes detangling long, curly, or processed hair more controlled and reduces pulling.
Customization Options
Seaweed-extract level, conditioning strength, richness, silicone or silicone-free system, fragrance, color, viscosity, and rinse feel can be specified. Packaging options include pump or flip-cap bottles with custom fill size, label, and carton.

Packing and Supply
Primary and Export Packing. Conditioner is filled in pump or flip-cap bottles and packed upright with inner dividers. Extra cap sealing or shrink protection can be added for long-distance transport.
Production Schedule. Standard production normally takes 15 to 25 days. A new customized formula or package normally takes 25 to 35 days after sample and artwork approval.
Supply Arrangement. Factory-wide output is stated at up to 1.5 million bottles, tubes, jars, or packs per month, subject to line scheduling and package availability. EXW and FOB terms are available.

A: A stock conditioner sample can be supplied for initial review. A custom sample is normally prepared within 3 to 7 days once the formula, fragrance, color, and package requirements are confirmed.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: The standard MOQ is 3,000 bottles for one formula, fragrance, color, and package configuration.
Q: Should the conditioner be applied to the scalp?
A: For a standard conditioner, apply it mainly to the mid-lengths and ends. Scalp application should appear in the directions only when the finished formula has been designed for that use.
Q: Can a lighter version be made for fine hair?
A: Yes. Reducing the oil phase and conditioning level gives a lighter rinse and preserves root movement, while the formula can still retain its detangling performance.
