Recorded Checks From Incoming Materials to Batch Release
Quality control is connected to the approved product specification, production records, packaging requirements and batch identification rather than relying on certificates alone.
Approved Reference
The confirmed sample and product requirements provide the basis for production comparison.
Specification Files
Product, container, label, outer-box and packing details are checked against the approved files.
Batch Records
Key production and packing information is linked to the corresponding order and batch reference.
Supporting Documents
Certificates and reports support the quality file but do not replace actual production-stage checks.
Incoming Check
Materials and packaging information are reviewed.
01
Line Preparation
Order files and applicable materials are confirmed.
02
Process Records
Key production steps are documented.
03
Finished Check

Checks Before Materials Enter Production
Raw materials and packaging components are reviewed against the order information before they are released for use. The inspection focus depends on the material type and the confirmed product plan.
- Item name, specification, quantity and supplier information are compared with the order record.
- Outer packaging and visible condition are checked for damage, contamination or handling issues.
- Bottles, jars, pumps, boxes and labels are compared with the approved packaging reference.
- Items with mismatched information or visible defects are held for review instead of moving directly to production.
Process control is organized around the actual manufacturing and packing sequence. Applicable records are completed according to the product form, container and confirmed order specification.
- Order files, materials and production references are confirmed before line operation.
- Weighing, preparation and other key manufacturing information are recorded where applicable.
- Filling, sealing, coding, labeling and packing conditions are checked during production.
- Abnormal findings are reviewed before the affected items proceed to the next stage.

The inspection plan is matched to the product and order requirements. Only items that can be completed within the confirmed factory scope are presented as in-house checks.
Packaging inspection focuses on the information and physical condition that can affect order acceptance, shelf presentation and shipment preparation.
- Product, inner packaging and outer box are matched with the confirmed order specification.
- Label direction, printed information and visible batch identification are checked.
- Packaging completeness, closure condition and visible damage are reviewed before carton packing.
- Finished units are grouped according to the order and packing arrangement.

Traceability is built around the order specification, production reference, packaging information and batch or lot identification used for the finished goods.
