Camellia Cleansing Balm is a solid-to-oil makeup remover made with camellia seed oil, plant oils, and vitamin E. It is used before a water-based cleanser to dissolve foundation, sunscreen, lip color, and other oil-based residue. The formula is especially suited to normal, dry, or sensitive-feeling skin in daily makeup-removal routines.

Solid Balm that Melts at Skin Temperature
The solid balm softens as it is massaged onto dry skin and turns into a smooth oil layer. This melt phase dissolves long-wear foundation, sunscreen, and lip products with less pulling than dry wiping.
Camellia Seed Oil and Vitamin E
Camellia seed oil, other plant oils, and vitamin E provide slip and cushioning while makeup is removed. The oil blend is designed to leave a softer feel after rinsing, including after a full day of makeup wear or in dry weather.
Water-Emulsifying Rinse
Adding water turns the oil phase into a lighter emulsion. The emulsion helps lift dissolved makeup from the hairline, sides of the nose, and jaw without leaving a heavy waxy film.
Customization Options
- The camellia seed oil level, supporting oil blend, balm firmness, melt point, emulsification speed, rinse feel, fragrance, and color can be adjusted.
- Standard fills are 60 g and 100 g. Alternative weights, jars, inner lids, spatulas, and tamper seals are available.
- Jar finish, printing, labels, cartons, inserts, and packaging for coordinated makeup-removal or double-cleansing sets can be customized.
Quality Control
- The balm is made in a facility certified to GMPC, ISO 9001, and ISO 22716. The production system includes controlled hygiene, documented batch records, and traceability from raw-material release through filling and packing.
- Before filling, the batch is checked against the approved sample for color, odor, firmness, surface uniformity, melting behavior, and water emulsification.
- Filling and packing checks cover jar cleanliness, net content, inner-lid fit, closure integrity, seal condition, spatula placement, coding, and label position. Finished jars undergo 100% inspection before carton release. Third-party inspection can be arranged.

Packing and Supply
