Camellia Cleanser is a cream facial cleanser with a mild surfactant base that produces fine foam. It works for morning and evening cleansing and can follow a cleansing oil or balm as the water-based second step. The formula is suitable for normal, dry, and sensitive-feeling skin when the aim is to remove surface oil, dust, and water-soluble residue without an overly strong wash.

Mild Surfactant Cleansing
The mild surfactant base removes surface oil and everyday residue without creating a heavily degreased feel. It is suitable for twice-daily use and leaves less of the tightness often associated with stronger foaming cleansers.
Fine Foam with Low Friction
A small amount of the cream produces a fine lather that reaches the cheeks, nose, hairline, and jaw evenly. This gives the cleanser good contact with uneven areas of the face without requiring repeated rubbing.
Comfort-Focused After-Rinse Feel
The cream base is designed to rinse with a softer finish. This is useful for skin exposed to air conditioning, cold weather, or frequent washing, where a dry or squeaky after-feel is usually not wanted.

- Cleansing strength, foam density, after-rinse feel, camellia-derived ingredients, humectants, fragrance, and color can be adjusted.

Quality Control
- Production takes place in a facility certified to GMPC, ISO 9001, and ISO 22716. Hygiene controls, documented batch records, and traceability are maintained from raw-material release through filling and packing.
- Before filling, the batch is compared with the approved formula and pre-production sample. The checks cover pH, color, odor, viscosity, foam profile, and after-rinse feel.
- Filling and packing inspections cover net content, tube or pump function, closure integrity, leakage, coding, label position, and external appearance. Finished units undergo 100% inspection before carton release. Third-party inspection can also be arranged.
Packing and Supply
- The standard MOQ is 3,000 units for one confirmed formula and packaging configuration.
- Standard production normally takes 15 to 25 days. Orders with a customized formula and packaging normally take 25 to 35 days after sample approval.
- Tubes and pump bottles receive closure protection before being packed in export cartons selected for the final bottle size and shipping route.
