Gold Collagen Mask is a single-use Tencel sheet mask containing 25 mL of essence. It works well in gold-themed mask ranges, spa treatments and gift sets where visible gold leaf and a thin, close-fitting sheet are part of the presentation.
Formula Highlights
24K gold leaf. The gold leaf remains visible in the essence, so the premium gold concept is clear through the sachet before opening.
Hydrolyzed collagen and hyaluronic acid. This combination hydrates the skin and makes fine dehydration lines look less pronounced after travel, late nights or long periods in air-conditioned rooms.
Brightening plant extracts on a Tencel sheet. The thin Tencel sheet carries 25 mL of essence and fits closely around the forehead, cheeks, nose and jaw. After removal, dull-looking skin appears more luminous.
Customization Options
Sampling can be used to adjust gold-leaf visibility, the feel of the essence and Tencel sheet thickness. Each mask can be packed in an individual printed sachet or grouped in a multi-piece retail carton.
Quality Control
Essence and sheet approval
A pre-production sample is used to confirm essence appearance, fragrance, sheet material and facial cut.
Filling and sealing checks
During filling, the team checks essence quantity, sheet saturation, pouch position and heat-seal integrity.
Finished sachet inspection
Before carton packing, every sachet is inspected for leakage, coding, printing and overall pack appearance.
Packing and Supply
Each heat-sealed sachet contains one Tencel sheet and 25 mL of essence for retail sale. Orders start from 3,000 retail packs. Lead time is 15-25 days for an existing version and 25-35 days for a new formula or printed pack.

A: The standard starting quantity is 3,000 boxes for one combination of essence, sheet and artwork.
Q: Can you prepare a sample with our sachet design?
A: Yes. Formula, sheet and printed-pack samples are prepared before mass production. Custom sampling normally takes 3-7 days.
Q: How long should the sheet remain on the face?
A: Leave the sheet on for 15-20 minutes, then remove it before the material starts to dry.
Q: Should the remaining essence be rinsed off?
A: No. Pat the remaining essence into the face and neck. Apply moisturizer afterward when the routine calls for it.
