Formula Highlights

Ceramide 3 and squalane lipid system: Ceramide 3 provides barrier lipids, while squalane improves surface flexibility and helps reduce the rough feel linked to lipid loss. These two ingredients form the main lipid structure of the formula.

Portulaca and beta-glucan comfort blend: Portulaca extract and beta-glucan are used alongside the lipid system for skin that feels tight or stinging, or looks stressed by dryness. This gives the formula a soothing position without requiring a dense balm base.

Light barrier-cream texture: The cream spreads evenly and settles to a light, non-greasy finish. It can be worn under sunscreen or makeup and is less occlusive than a thick barrier balm.

Certified barrier-cream production

Production follows ISO 9001, ISO 22716, and GMP requirements. Records are maintained for materials, hygiene, emulsification, filling, coding, and release so batches remain traceable.

Barrier-cream checks

Consistency, color, odor, spreadability, absorption, and residue are checked against the approved sample. The bulk cream is examined for uneven emulsification, separation, surface oiling, and texture changes.

Pack release

Tubes are checked at the tail seal, jars at the liner and lid, and airless packs for priming and dispensing. Fill, leakage, cleanliness, print, and coding are verified. Third-party inspection is accepted.
